Our mission to find qualified professional contractors begins when our recruiters search for professionals through various employment search engines such as Monster and Dice.  Our second step is to search our own database to find suitable qualified professionals. Step three is to complete a matrix for each candidate that is being considered for the position.  Step four is to check references and conduct interviews with each candidate.  Step five is to establish a relationship with the potential candidate who may later on become a consultant.   Step six is to conduct nationwide background checks and if necessary drug testing.  Quantum has accounts with Concentra and Credential Check.   Concentra provides drug testing screening and Credential Check provides a complete background tests.

Quantum may require two weeks to fill positions which include the extensive interviewing process along with contractor orientation.  Our job is not done when we fill positions for our clients it’s just begun.  Quantum continues to work to ensure our client is 100% satisfied with our placement services it’s our goal!
